Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
- Sales Generation: Pitch products or services, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Lead Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, answer queries, and handle objections to maintain a positive company image.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate benefits.
- Follow-ups: Re-contact leads to nurture opportunities and secure sales.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telecaller, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Traits: Results-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient (able to handle rejection).
- Education: High school diploma; a degree is a plus.
- Monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Call volume (outbound calls per day).
- Conversion rate of leads to sales.
