Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented and detail-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle the entire sales lifecycle—from initial telecalling and lead generation to contract negotiation, document processing, order placement, and post-sales issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the administrative discipline to manage client documentation and order processing smoothly.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Telecalling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, pitch our products/services, and qualify potential leads.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process regarding pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to close profitable business deals.
- Document Processing: Gather, verify, and process all necessary onboarding and compliance documents (e.g., KYC, tax certificates, purchase agreements).
- Order Placement: Coordinate with internal operations and supply chain teams to accurately place and track client orders.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to sort out any issues related to order delays, discrepancies, billing, or post-sales queries, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, pipeline status, and order documentation in the CRM system.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Telesales, or Inside Sales.
- Skills: Strong outbound calling, lead qualification, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Administrative Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in handling document verification, order placement workflows, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset to sort out logistics or billing issues quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and regional languages as applicable).
