We are currently looking for a Tele Sales Executive with strong conversion skills to manage inbound and outbound leads in the medical / healthcare/wellness sector. This role requires someone who can effectively engage potential clients, explain medical services/products, and convert enquiries into confirmed consultations or sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients
* Convert leads into appointments/sales through effective communication and follow-ups
* Explain product/service benefits, pricing, and treatment information
* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in CRM
* Achieve defined sales and conversion targets
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales
✔️ Prior exposure to medical, healthcare, clinic, or pharmaceutical sales preferred
✔️ Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
