Job Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales over phone calls.

We are looking for someone who can represent our brands professionally—not just sell products. The ideal candidate should be able to educate customers about our products, communicate our brand value, and build trust through clear and confident conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls.
• Explain our products in a simple and convincing manner.
• Educate customers about our brands and product quality.
• Present products with a clear and confident pitching style.
• Build strong customer relationships over calls.
• Handle customer queries and negotiations professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
• Represent the company with confidence and professionalism.

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and able to communicate confidently in English.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Clear and confident product pitching.
• Ability to educate customers instead of simply promoting products.
• Positive attitude and professional personality.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Comfortable working with calling targets and follow-ups.
