Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new B2B leads through calls, referrals, and market visits.
• Contact mobile repair shops, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Explain Mobatree products and benefits.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Follow up with interested customers until closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM/customer records and daily reports.
• Resolve customer queries professionally.
• Identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
• Good communication in Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making 50–80 customer calls per day.
• Comfortable with field visits when required.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and Email.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Fresher to 3 Years.
