Job Description
Key Requirements:
* Fluency in English is mandatory (Hindi required as well)
* Excellent communication and convincing skills
* Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
* Prior experience in telesales, preferably in pageant or event-based sectors
* Capable of handling high-volume outbound calling
* Strong understanding of lead conversion and CRM follow-ups

* Handling inbound and outbound calls with leads interested in pageants
* Explaining event details, eligibility, and guiding candidates through the registration process
* Maintaining accurate data and call records
* Coordinating closely with the sales and operations team
