Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled GeM Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for searching, applying, and managing tenders, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete tender process on GeM portal

Search and identify relevant tenders daily

Prepare and submit bids as per requirements

Manage product listing, catalog upload, and pricing on GeM

Coordinate with internal teams for documents and approvals

Track tender status, follow-ups, and updates

Maintain records of all tenders and submissions

Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and policies

Required Skills:

Knowledge of GeM portal operations

Basic understanding of tender documentation

Good communication and coordination skills

MS Excel & MS Word proficiency

Attention to detail and time management

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream

Experience in government tendering (added advantage)

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Depending on experience) + Incentives

Additional Points (Optional to add):

Immediate joiners preferred

Training will be provided for freshers
