Position Overview

We are hiring experienced and proactive professionals for the role of GeM / Tender Executive to manage and expand our government business across multiple e-procurement portals.

This role involves end-to-end handling of tenders, including sourcing, evaluation, documentation, submission, compliance management, registrations, empanelments, and post-bid follow-ups across GeM, CPP Portal, CPWD, PWD, Railways, PSUs, and State Government tender platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company profiles, credentials, and product/service listings on:

• GeM Portal

• CPP Portal (CPPP)

• CPWD & PWD e-tender portals

• Railways procurement portals

• PSU & State Government e-procurement platforms

• Tender Tiger and other tender aggregation portals

• Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on a daily basis

• Prepare complete technical and commercial bid documentation including compliance, OEM authorizations, BOQs, and financial submissions

• Handle Normal, Custom, Bunch Bids, and Reverse Auctions on GeM

• Coordinate with OEMs and authorized resellers for exact model matching and authorizations

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and handle buyer clarifications when required

• Track bids post-submission through technical and commercial stages till final award

• Handle registrations and empanelments with PSUs, CPWD, PWD, Railways, and other government bodies, including renewals

• Maintain accurate MIS and reporting on bid status, empanelments, and conversions

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in GeM, CPPP, CPWD, PWD, PSU, or government e-procurement

• Experience working with Defence, Paramilitary, Ministries, Railways, and PSUs

• Strong knowledge of GeM bid formats (Normal, Custom, Bunch, Reverse Auction)

• Sound understanding of GFR 2017, GeM guidelines, CPPP norms, and tender compliances

• Ability to manage PSU registrations, empanelments, and renewals

• Knowledge of OEM authorization and reseller panel processes

• Exposure to AV, IT, Electronics, or Office Automation categories

• Strong documentation and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF tools, and tender dashboards

• Good communication and ability to work under strict timelines
