Training Manager – International Truck Driver program

Overview: Skillbee sends hundreds of Heavy Truck Drivers to Europe every year to work in the international trucking sector. This role involves delivering Code 95 theory to prepare drivers with essential European traffic rules before departure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Code 95 theory training sessions using the company's proprietary training materials.
• Monitor candidate attendance and training progress throughout the selection process, ensuring timely follow-ups on absences.
• Assess candidate learning through quizzes, tests, and practical evaluations to ensure a strong understanding of European driving rules.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the training journey by resolving learning-related queries and ensuring consistent progress.
• Maintain training records, prepare daily attendance reports, and collect course completion feedback from training partners.

Requirements:

•  ⁠Strong communication skills in English, Hindi 
• Must be a self starter and independent operator
• Strong project management skills
• Teaching/ Training experience mandatory – atleast 2 years

Job Details:

• Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi
• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office)
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off)
