HighonTrips, a luxury travel company curating premium experiences across India and beyond, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Trip Coordinator to join our growing operations team.

Role: Trip Coordinator

Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Location: Vivek Vihar

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing active trips and ensuring smooth end-to-end guest experiences

* Coordinating with drivers, hotels, guides, and local vendors throughout the journey

* Ensuring guests are checked into the correct hotel, room category, and receive the committed services

* Monitoring vehicle allocations and making sure the correct car and driver are assigned

* Creating and managing guest WhatsApp groups during travel for real-time coordination

* Handling guest queries, special requests, surprises, celebrations, and on-trip requirements

* Responding promptly during emergencies such as medical situations, operational issues, delays, etc.

* Coordinating internally with the sales and operations teams for seamless execution

* Maintaining excellent communication and hospitality standards throughout the trip

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Calm and solution-oriented approach during emergencies

* Passion for travel and hospitality

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple trips simultaneously

* Prior experience in travel operations/customer handling is preferred
