About Us

We are a growing travel company specializing in International Holiday Packages including Europe, Japan, USA, Dubai, Thailand, Bali, and customized FIT & Group Tours for B2B Agents


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete ground operations for International Holiday Packages.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, airlines, visa teams, and other suppliers.
  • Manage booking confirmations for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, flights, rail, cruises, and travel insurance.
  • Prepare operational vouchers, final itineraries, and travel documents.
  • Ensure smooth execution of FIT, Group Tours, Honeymoon, MICE, and customized packages.
  • Follow up with suppliers for rates, availability, reconfirmations, and payments.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide customer support during travel.
  • Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and supplier details.
  • Coordinate internally with Sales & Accounts teams for seamless operations.
  • Ensure high-quality service and timely delivery to agents and travel partners.
