Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings

Conduct consultative sales calls (not script reading)

Understand customer intent (honeymoon / family / luxury)

Present customized travel solutions with emotional selling

Drive urgency and close deals within defined timelines

Follow structured follow-up process (minimum 5 touches per lead)

Maintain daily CRM updates and pipeline tracking


Must Have

  • Proven experience in sales closing ( Travel Industry)
  • Strong objection handling ability
  • Confidence on calls (Hindi + basic English)
  • Ability to sell ₹50K–₹2L ticket size
  • Hunger for incentives and growth
