UNIT SALES MANAGER

FOR BANCA CHANNEL :

Candidate will be responsible to generate the revenue through the walk – in Customers who will visited to the branch.

ICICI Bank, INDUSIND BANK, AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, RBL BANK, SCB BANK, IDFC FIRST BANK branch allocated to the Candidate.

§ Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer.

§ Customer Servicing and collection of Renewals.

FOR DIRECT CHANNEL :

Educate the Customer about the product.

§ Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

§ Close the leads assigned by the call centre team.

§ Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer.

§ Customer Servicing and collection of Renewals.

§ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

FOR AGENCY CHANNEL

a. Handling a Team of financial advisors.

b. Recruitment of your team from different sources

c. With the help of seniors, providing them training with regards to various products and investment plans of the company.

d. Coordinating and planning with them at every stage to enhance the business of the company.

e. Generate business from them.

f. Visiting customers along with team.

g. Understanding the need of the client/customer and providing information about the product which is suitable for

him/her.

h. your team will be off roll and commission based but you will be on rolls of the company..
