Job Description
Job Title: Executive – Customer & Vendor Onboarding (Ride-Hailing)
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Working Days: Mon–Sat
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Role:
Onboard drivers/vendors on platform
Handle customer queries & complaints
Support drivers and resolve issues
Ensure smooth ride operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in ride-hailing (Ola/Uber/Rapido etc.)
Experience in onboarding or customer support
Good communication skills
