The opportunity
The Transactions Strategy & Execution (TSE) team advises clients across the entire deal lifecycle—pre-deal diligence,Day 1 planning, post-merger integration, carve-outs, and long-term value creation. The team partners with corporates and private equity clients to manage transformational change and operationalize deal strategy. Our professionals work cross-functionally to evaluate operational, financial, and people-related risks and synergies,providing data-driven, actionable recommendations to drive deal success. We are hiring Senior Managers/VPs with deep expertise in one of three functional domains: Operations, Finance, or Human Resources, to lead transaction projects, advise senior stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of our market presence.
Technical Excellence:
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed understanding of M&A lifecycle in both pre-deal and post-deal capacity.
- Ability to think in a structured manner and drive effective deal management strategies that align with the client's strategic goals and priorities.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead large complex Integration / Carve Out engagements including due diligence, integration, separation, and value creation initiatives
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and develop actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform and support deal evaluation processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives (corporates and PE), managing expectation and understanding their strategic goals and aligning transaction strategies accordingly Manage multiple engagements and teams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support the client conduct detailed diligence process (e.g., operations, carve-out etc.) to define value creation opportunities for clients Analyze large datasets and provide insights across financial, operational, or people dimensions depending on the functional track.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the client’s functional area and across cross-functional teams.
- Drive the integration / separation process to ensure seamless transition (Day 1) and transaction priorities for client post deal close (Day 100 and beyond)
- Support practice development by driving business development initiatives (e.g., proposal, GTM documents etc.) and support recruitment efforts.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- MBA from Tier 1 management schools
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in M&A advisory, transaction services, consulting, private equity, or a corporate M&A / transformation role.
- Strong background across deals lifecycle: due diligence, integration, separation, carve-outs, and post-deal value creation.
- Proven business development track record, including originating and closing advisory engagements and managing senior client relationships.
- Deep understanding of at least one or more functional areas (Operations, Finance, HR) with the ability to lead crossfunctional M&A programs.
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives and PE clients on complex, high-stakes transactions.
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to translate analysis into clear executive-level insights.
- Experience leading large, multi-geography teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and strong comfort working with senior leadership across global organizations.
