If you love making videos, have a genuine eye for

design, and enjoy staying ahead of trends — you will

feel right at home here. You will have real creative

your work published and appreciated.

We are a small, focused team that values ownership

and initiative. We will give you the space and tools

to do your best work — we just need someone who is

passionate, reliable, and ready to hit the ground

running.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK WITH

 - Adobe After Effects — motion graphics, transitions,

  text animations

 - Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

 - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

 - Canva Pro (quick turnarounds)

 - ElevenLabs — AI voiceovers and audio production

 - AI video/image tools — RunwayML, Kling, Pika,

  Midjourney

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 - Create high-quality short-form videos — Instagram

  Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips

 - Design motion graphics and animated text sequences

  that grab attention in the first 2 seconds

 - Edit long-form videos into punchy, engaging cuts

 - Produce social media creatives — posts, stories,

  banners, thumbnails

 - Use ElevenLabs for AI voiceovers where needed

 - Maintain consistent brand look and feel across

  all content

 - Deliver fast — social content moves quickly and

  so should you

MUST HAVE

--------------------------------------------------------

 - 1-2 years of real, hands-on experience

 - Strong After Effects skills — motion text, kinetic

  typography, animated graphics

 - Proven track record of eye-catching Instagram Reels

  (show us your work)

 - Knows and uses ElevenLabs for AI voiceovers

 - Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing

 - Hands-on experience with AI video/image tools —

  RunwayML, Kling, Pika, Midjourney or similar

 - Sound design and audio mixing skills

 - Up to date with current Reels and Shorts trends

 - Basic 3D motion skills — Cinema 4D or Blender

 - Photography skills

 - Can take a brief and run with it independently

 - Portfolio with actual published content

 - Degree or diploma in Design, Media, or related field

  (or strong portfolio in lieu)

 - Must live within 30 mins of our office — on-site only

 - Good communication in English and Hindi

 - Available to join immediately
