Hiring : Video Editor — Short-Form (Retention-Focused)

We make scroll-stopping short-form content and need an editor who can hold attention from the first frame to the last.

What you'll do

• Cut short-form video (Reels, Shorts, ads) built around pacing, hooks, and retention

• Design motion graphics and animated text/graphs that add energy without clutter

• Sync music and sound effects tightly to the cut — beat-matched, punchy, on time

• Use AI generation tools (image/video/voice) in the workflow to speed up and elevate output

Must have

• 2–3 years editing experience

• Full command of the Adobe Suite — Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

• Strong sound design — able to match SFX and sync music to the edit

• A public Insta or YouTube page, or at least one video with strong view numbers (send the link — this matters more than the resume)

• Strong motion graphics / animation skills

• Comfortable with AI video generation tools

Nice to have

• Eye for confrontational, tension-first storytelling over generic motivational cuts
