Job Description
Role Overview
Abroademy is looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor who can create engaging short-form and long-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Edit reels, shorts, YouTube videos, and promotional content
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Create scroll-stopping content with strong hooks and engaging pacing
- Assist in basic video shooting and content recording when required
- Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team for content execution
Requirements
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, and camera handling
- Good understanding of social media content trends
- Strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics
- Ability to deliver content within deadlines
- Experience in editing educational or study abroad content is a plus
