Videographer

About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and versatile Videographer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in camera operation, lighting, and audio, along with the storytelling instinct needed to shoot everything from live events to intimate interviews and long-form documentaries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute video shoots for corporate events, conferences, and live occasions
• Set up and operate multi-camera interview shoots with proper lighting and framing
• Record high-quality podcast/talk-show style content (multi-cam, clean audio sync)
• Shoot and support documentary-style projects, including b-roll, location scouting, and long-form coverage
• Manage on-site setup: camera rigs, lighting kits, audio equipment, and backup gear
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and editors to ensure footage meets creative and technical requirements
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot camera and equipment before and during shoots
• Organize and back up raw footage following proper file management protocols
• Travel to various shoot locations as required
• Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of professional videography experience
• Strong working knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Panasonic, etc.)
• Proficient with prime and zoom lenses, understanding of focal length, aperture, and depth of field for different shoot types
• Experience with lighting setups (three-point lighting, softboxes, LED panels) for interviews and studio shoots
• Skilled in audio capture for video — lavalier mics, shotgun mics, boom operation, and audio recorders (Zoom, Rode, etc.)
• Familiarity with gimbals, sliders, tripods, and stabilizers
• Experience shooting multi-camera setups for podcasts/interviews
• Understanding of frame rates, resolution, color profiles (Log/RAW), and exposure settings
• Basic knowledge of video codecs and file formats for smooth handoff to editors
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work under event/live pressure
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating event, interview, podcast, and documentary work
• Preferred (Good to Have)Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve) for quick turnarounds
• Knowledge of color grading basics
