Warden – Job Description
Location: Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing
- Position: WardenKey Responsibilities:Maintain discipline, safety, and overall administration of the hostel premises
- Monitor daily student activities and ensure hostel rules are followed
- Handle student attendance and maintain proper attendance records
- Address student concerns and provide emotional support when required
- Coordinate with college management regarding hostel operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of hostel facilities
- Manage emergency situations calmly and responsibly
- Maintain visitor records and hostel documentation
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong personality with good mental strength and decision-making ability
- Experience in handling student attendance and hostel administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage students with patience and discipline
- Responsible, alert, and capable of handling challenging situations
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Experience:Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Hostel Warden / Residential Warden preferred
