Warehouse & Dispatch Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Warehouse Executive to manage our daily inventory flow. The ideal candidate will take ownership of stock accuracy, negotiate logistics, and actively assist the team with packing and dispatching orders to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Stock Flow: Oversee the inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring accurate records of bills, delivery notes, and receipts.
• Logistics & Transport: Handle daily Porter bookings and aggressively negotiate optimal pricing with local transporters.
• Hands-On Dispatch: Actively assist in packing goods and preparing shipments alongside the warehouse team to meet daily dispatch deadlines.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with manual labor, warehouse staff, and the office to streamline daily operations.
• Problem Solving: Identify inventory discrepancies and resolve day-to-day operational challenges independently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, or inventory control.
• Must be willing to physically assist with packing and loading.
• Strong local negotiation skills for booking transport.
