Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Job Description 

·      Maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage and Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow

·      Supervising a small team, and coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, schedule and assign tasks to warehouse executives

·      Monitor transport schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and collections.

·      Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

·      Coordinate closely with the Quality

Control (QC) team to manage the inbound and

outbound flow of AV equipment, ensuring all equipment is tested, cleaned, and ready for deployment on shelves at any given time.

·      Plan and prioritize schedules based on upcoming bookings and project deadlines

·      Work closely with the operations teams to meet event deadlines

·      Proactively flag shortages, damaged items, or shortfall of equipment to avoid delays in equipment dispatch

·      Proficient in making Eway Bills, Delivery Challans

·      Ensure all dispatch documents (e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.) are accurate, compliant, and aligned with transport and GST regulationss

·      Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks

·      Monitor consumables (batteries, gaffer tape, etc.) and order replenishments

·      Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with logistics teams

Skills required 

·      Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse operations

·      Knowledge of professional AV /technical equipment (audio consoles, projectors, LED walls, etc.) will be an added advantage

·      Knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics processes.

·      Proven leadership and team management experience

·      Proficient in spoken and written English with good communication skills is a must

·      Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·      Excel, Google sheets, passed experience working with ERP is a must.
