Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and experienced Warehouse Manager, preferably an Ex-Army professional, to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of UPS systems, batteries, and related products.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement and maintain documentation.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring discipline and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Service teams for timely material availability.
• Implement warehouse safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Minimize inventory discrepancies and prevent material loss or damage.
• Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Requirements:Ex-Army personnel preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Honest, disciplined, and physically fit.
