Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

The **(Warehouse Operations Coordinator)** is responsible for ensuring accurate packaging, dispatch verification, inventory management, warehouse organization, and daily production data entry. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing operational errors, ensuring timely dispatches, and supporting efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

### ✅ Key Responsibilities

* Supervise packaging activities and ensure the correct quantity, SKU, and product specifications are packed.

* Print, manage, and verify shipping labels and dispatch documentation.

* Conduct final dispatch verification before shipment to ensure order accuracy.

* Manage inward and outward inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.

* Perform regular inventory counts and stock reconciliations.

* Maintain inventory data in Excel or the designated inventory management system.

* Enter and update daily production and dispatch data.

* Monitor stock levels and proactively report low-stock items to the supervisor.

* Oversee warehouse organization, storage, and material handling to ensure efficient space utilization.

* Ensure proper receiving, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards across the warehouse and dispatch areas.

* Support periodic stock audits and inventory control activities.
