Job Description
Job Title: Junior Warehouse Supervisor
Experience: 1–3 Years
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and labour activities.
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure accurate stock maintenance and inventory records.
- Coordinate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with production and purchase teams for smooth operations.
- Identify and report stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and Advanced Excel is required.
- Good communication, team handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate/Diploma with 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
