Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, dispatching, and logistics safety. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing storage space, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Logistics Direct and coordinate all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Maintain physical condition of the warehouse by planning layout, implementing effective space utilization, and inspecting equipment.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers or retail outlets.
• Coordinate with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to align logisitics workflows.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular physical counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation with the inventory management system.
• Implement inventory control processes to minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and damage.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality, damage, or discrepancies against purchase orders.
