Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to convert incoming leads into paid enrollments for our Academic Professional Makeup Courses.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads.
- Understand the student's requirements and explain our courses.
- Convert inquiries into paid enrollments.
- Maintain daily follow-up records in the CRM or Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team after successful enrollments.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Fresher or Minimum 6 months of sales or telecalling experience.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in education, beauty, or training sales is preferred.
