Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping & Documentation: Recording day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, issuing customer invoices, and managing payments.
  • Quotation & Pro-forma invoice , purchase order
  • Reconciliation: Assisting with bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance Support: Assisting with GST filing, TDS calculations, and preparing data for audits.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or accounting-related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software like Tally ERP, SAP, or QuickBooks.
  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in numerical data, and good organizational skills
