Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Documentation: Recording day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, issuing customer invoices, and managing payments.
- Quotation & Pro-forma invoice , purchase order
- Reconciliation: Assisting with bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance Support: Assisting with GST filing, TDS calculations, and preparing data for audits.

Requirements & Skills
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or accounting-related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software like Tally ERP, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in numerical data, and good organizational skills
