Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit/credit notes, and receipts
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow records
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in GST filing, TDS deductions, and statutory compliance
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
