Account Executive (Accounting)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance Executive Trainee will support finance executives in daily accounting, invoicing, and compliance tasks.

This entry-level role is designed to provide exposure to financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit

preparation under the guidance of senior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility/Task Details

Accounting Support - Assist in recording financial entries.

Invoice Processing - Support invoice generation and verification.

Compliance - Learning Learn GST, TDS, and other compliance processes.

Reconciliation- Support Assist in bank and ledger reconciliations.

Documentation -Help in maintaining finance files and audit records.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

B.Com or equivalent.

Fresher with an interest in finance and compliance.

Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance processes (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.

Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
