Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:


  • Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare GST invoices and maintain taxation records.
  • Maintain bank statements, vouchers, and expense records.
  • Assist in salary processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Support management in financial planning and reporting activities.


Required Skills:


  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and finance.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
