About the Company

Sumiram Sai Realtors is a growing commercial real estate company specializing in commercial property sales, leasing, and investment solutions. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process employee payroll and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
• 4–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in commercial real estate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance and statutory regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and numerical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
