Job description

Responsibilities:

·        Maintain financial records using Tally ERP/Prime software

·        Manage accounts with excellence

·        Ensure timely tax compliance through TDS filing

·        Proficiency in GST filing, Tally Prime TCS, advance excel, Book-keeping.

·        Managing daily books of accounts & inventory

·        Managing bank transaction activities

·        Providing data for Balance sheets and Profit Loss accounts.

·        Month end activities, tax compliance, revenue reconciliations,

·        Post expense accruals, and revenue accruals, initiate payments in bank etc...

Education

UG: B.Com - Bachelor of Commerce in Any Specialization

Preferred candidate profile

·        Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Mandatory

·        Strong interpersonal skills ability to work closely with people of the organization.

·        Good verbal and written communication & Good presentation skills.

·        B.COM having 2 to 4 yrs. experience

·        Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·        Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9

·        Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
