Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting tasks, including creating Proforma Invoices (PI), generating invoices, and handling GST compliance. The candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and taxation regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:Create and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) and final invoices
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses
- Handle GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
- Assist in audits and financial reporting
