Accountant

We are seeking an active, sharp Accountant & Operations Coordinator to manage our financial records while overseeing critical daily factory operations. This role goes beyond standard bookkeeping; you will be the central point connecting our accounts, workforce management, and logistics to ensure accurate billing, high labor productivity, and smooth order fulfillment.

• Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Tax Accounting: Maintain clean daily ledgers, manage accounts payable/receivable, handle cash flow, and ensure timely local tax compliances (including GST filings and reconciliations).
• Labor & Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily labor attendance, track workforce productivity, manage on-site staff requirements, and process monthly payroll alongside incentives.
• Consignment & Branch Tracking: Strictly monitor, verify, and track outward consignments sent to other branches. Ensure proper dispatch documentation (e-way bills, delivery challans) and reconcile branch inventory.
• In-House Order Processing: Coordinate the entire order lifecycle from initial client booking and raw material allocation to final production tracking and dispatch scheduling.
