Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant or Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of export documentation and related accounting procedures. The candidate should be proficient in accounting and export software, preparation of export invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other statutory and commercial documents required for shipments.

The role will also involve coordinating and following up with transporters to ensure timely delivery of goods at the port, liaising with customs clearing agents and freight forwarders for shipment clearance, and maintaining complete records of export transactions. The candidate should be organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling export documentation, logistics coordination, filing, and post-shipment records.
