Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and Reconciliation).
- Generate and maintain Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
- Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle e-commerce accounting operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, commissions, returns, refunds, and payment reports.
- Maintain purchase and sales records with proper documentation.
- Assist in TDS calculations and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management during audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and accounting records.
- Support payroll accounting and other finance-related activities as required.
- Required SkillsStrong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST filing and taxation.
- Experience in E-commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Knowledge of TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
