Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Counsellor who can handle student enquiries, guide them for suitable courses, and convert leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up ability, and a performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries)
• Counsel students regarding courses in Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Data Analytics
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and counselling
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM regularly
• Build strong relationships with prospective students
• Achieve high conversion rates through consistent follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process

Performance Expectations:

• Maintain daily activity:
• 80 unique calls
• 20 follow-ups
• Consistent performance in lead conversion and admissions
• Active participation in daily sales discussions and reviews

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Prior experience in education / edtech / inside sales preferred
• Strong follow-up and closing ability
• Basic knowledge of CRM handling
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
