Job Description

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for changing lives through education? We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to join our team. In this role, you won't just be "selling" a program; you’ll be a mentor and strategist helping prospective students navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. You will manage the recruitment funnel from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Student Recruitment: Proactively engage with leads via phone, email, and in-person sessions to convert inquiries into applications.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport with prospective students and their families, providing personalized guidance on program offerings and career outcomes.
  • Lead Management: Maintain an organized CRM database, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of the enrollment pipeline.
  • Admissions Processing: Review applications, conduct interviews, and guide students through the documentation and financial aid processes.
  • Outreach: Represent the institution at education fairs, webinars, and networking events to increase brand visibility.


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sales or in any field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions, inside sales, or student services (EdTech experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite specially MS Excel to manage the data.
  • Mindset: A goal-oriented individual who thrives on hitting targets but maintains a high level of empathy and ethics.
