Job Description

Hiring – Admission Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Location: Sector 125, Noida

Salary:6.5 LPA to 8LPA

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students regarding UG & PG programs.
  • Handle leads through calls, chats, and follow-ups.
  • Explain course details, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
  • Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and student interactions.
  • Resolve student queries and provide guidance throughout the admission journey.


Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in Education Counselling.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.


  • Preferred :Candidates with EdTech or Education Industry experience.
  • Prior sales experience is mandatory.
  • Additional Criteria :Age Limit: Up to 32 years
