Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead for App Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, build, and maintain our mobile applications. You will be the go-to person for all technical aspects related to app development, including setting up the technical framework, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality app solutions. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will be crucial in driving our app development projects to success.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of application software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Web Content Management System (WCMS)
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and project management
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of mobile app development platforms like Android and iOS
• Understanding of database management systems like SQL or Oracle
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
• Experience with testing tools and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
