Roles & responsibilities

•Supporting the manual file closeout process to retain the closed-out Audit files until the process is automated and suggest improvement areas.•Supporting the delivery of key deployment deliverable associated with Audit tools: Ensure test results are fully documented and reviewed..•Participant in the test cycle for each tool. Ensure test results are fully documented and reviewed.•Write and perform the controls for the tool applications•Retain detail knowledge of the application and take ownership of requests/queries from business/ leadership•Support the Audit Tool Owner in all aspects of tool development process – helping identify required functionality, testing, proof of concept, accreditation, business support including guidance/methodology/training/ champion network, limited deployment, capture/action feedback, full deployment, and ongoing support.•Confidently work with timelines, stakeholder, project requirements•Answering functionality queries raised by auditors

Educational qualifications

•Graduate (B. Com /B. Tech or equivalent)

Work experience

•0 - 1 years’ work experience in Operations/ Project Management in Big 4.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Strong and agile project management skills•Experience to enable discussions on topics from a variety of industries (at a high level)•Self-starter and able to self-manage•MS Office skills 

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Basic SharePoint knowledge•Curious to learn AI and used AI in project delivery

•Ability to build relationships quickly with all key stakeholders/contacts.  Key deliverable is driving usage of tool/s.  This requires close liaison with Tool SMEs/, Champion networks and business contacts as well as end users.
