Area Sales Manager-ALTERNATE BUSINESS - KPTR-Sales
Grade : M3/M4
Job Role:
Candidate should be responsible for achieving Top- Up business from Pre approved database of existing customers
Must have Team Handling Experience
To Prepare sales plan for enhancing database conversion and help team to achieve targets.
Candidate Should be able manage Daily Business MIS and should possess data mining skills.
To maintain Overall Average Lending Rate of Top-Up loans and cross sale penetration
Responsible for Recruiting and managing team of 3-5 Relationship Managers
Nurturing and grooming sales team by providing on-field and off-field training
Supervising the daily activities of Relationship Managers and ensure their productivity
Working closely with other Department for maintaining quality portfolio
Handling customer grievances and ensuring suitable resolution
