Assistant Relationship Executive

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our Business Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with experience in cold calling, customer follow-ups, and business loan sales. The role involves handling the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement while coordinating closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound (cold) calls to potential customers and generate interest in Business Loans.
• Understand customer funding requirements and assess basic eligibility.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly until document collection and case login.
• Source and submit a minimum of 1-3 quality loan files per day.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for timely login, pendencies, & Disbursement process of loan applications.
• Keep customers updated throughout the loan approval process.
• Once loan offers are received, explain and pitch the sanctioned offer to customers, negotiate where required, and convince customers to proceed with loan acceptance and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the Google sheets.
• Achieve monthly targets for:
• Loan file sourcing
• Loan disbursements
