Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the outlet as per brand SOPs.
* Manage a team of 2–3 staff members.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all service areas, order taking, preparation, and customer interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of the outlet.
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, and reorder requirements.
• Ensure accurate billing and cash management.
• Report daily sales and operational updates to management.
• Train team members to follow SOPs and maintain service standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cafe/QSR operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce SOPs strictly.
• Good knowledge of customer service and POS operations.
• Basic understanding of inventory and hygiene management.
• Should be reliable, organized, and responsible.
