Job Description

Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager – Anmasa


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, team coordination, roster creation, and process adherence
  • Oversee warehouse operations including inventory storage, stock accuracy, and inward/outward movement
  • Plan and coordinate last-mile deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain product availability
  • Ensure high standards of store discipline, hygiene, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and guide store staff while training new team members on processes and customer-first thinking
  • Uphold strong ethical standards in cash handling, inventory management, and reporting
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt to new systems, and continuously improve store operations
