Job Description
Telesales executive (personal loan & overdraft)
A Personal Loan and Overdraft sales job involves identifying, contacting, and converting potential customers into borrowers for personal loans or overdraft facilities. Key responsibilities include explaining product features, managing document collection, and achieving sales targets. These roles are often telesales or field sales positions requiring good communication skills and a 12th-pass or graduate education.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Initiate outbound calls or handle inbound leads to pitch personal loans and overdraft facilities.
- Product Explanation: Educate customers on interest rates, repayment tenures, and eligibility criteria for both loan types.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly sales targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduation.
- Skills: Strong communication (often English + local language), persuasion, and negotiation skills.
