Job Description

We are hiring confident, target-driven, and energetic Female Inside Sales Executives for our TradeIndia B2B sales process. The role involves interacting with business owners, generating sales through outbound calling, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Connect with business owners and potential clients through outbound calls
  • Pitch and sell TradeIndia subscription & digital services
  • Generate leads, follow-ups, and close sales deals
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain client database and CRM updates
  • Handle client objections and provide solutions professionally
  • Build strong customer relationships for repeat business 


KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)

  • Minimum 80–100 calls/day
  • Minimum 3–4 hours talktime/day
  • Daily follow-up with interested prospects
  • Consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain quality conversations and conversions


Eligibility Criteria

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B / Inside Sales
  • Graduate preferred
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated


Skills Preference

  • Strong telephonic sales & communication skills
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation ability
  • Confidence in handling B2B clients and objections
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM / MS Excel preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Positive attitude with strong learning ability
  • Good spoken Hindi & basic English communication
  • Experience in TradeIndia / Digital Services / B2B sales preferred
