Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Executive and HR Recruiter to manage day-to-day backend operations, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth process flow.
Responsibilities:
Handle backend operational work and documentation
Maintain reports, records, and data entries in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Verify documents and update databases regularly
Support management with operational tasks
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
Requirements:
Graduate in any field
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Experience in backend/admin/HR operations preferred
