BANK RECONCILIATION EXECUTIVE

• Job Location - Noida Sector -3 (walking distance from Noida Sector 16 metro station)
• Working days - 5 days (2 days weekly off other than Sat-Sun)
• Job Timings - 10am to 7pm

Require Strong knowledge of MS EXCEL (VLookup, HLookup, XLookup, Sum, Average, If, Else, using Filters, keyboard shortcuts, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across multiple banks, payment gateways, wallets, and service providers.
• Track settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and failed transactions across diverse platforms.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, gateway reports, and bank statements.
• Coordinate with payment partners, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of reconciliation issues.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, dashboards, and exception summaries for management review.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting by maintaining accurate documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation or workflow improvements for multi-gateway reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Completed or pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial operations (preferably in fintech, banking, or payments).
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes across multiple gateways and settlement systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting/ERP software.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payment gateway, UPI, card networks, wallets, etc. settlement cycles.
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines, DPDP compliance, and fintech regulatory frameworks.
• Exposure to reconciliation automation tools or API-based settlement systems.
